I’m currently a consultant and media strategist specialising in audience development, reader revenue and digital transformation. I’m based in London, UK.

Previously, I worked at the Engaged Journalism Accelerator, a programme run by the European Journalism Centre to help independent news organisations build stronger relationships with their communities.

Prior to that, I held a number of audience growth and digital strategy roles at The Guardian (UK) and The Times and The Sunday Times (UK).

Somewhere in between, I co-founded the media careers site Wannabe Hacks in 2010 (recently taken offline).
