I’m a consultant and media strategist specialising in audience development, reader revenue and digital transformation. I’m based in London, UK.
Alongside my work supporting news organisations, I’m also founder and editor of Everything in Moderation, a weekly newsletter about content moderation and online safety.
Prior to working independently, I worked at the Engaged Journalism Accelerator, a programme run by the European Journalism Centre to help independent news organisations build stronger relationships with their communities.
Before that, I held a number of audience growth and digital strategy roles at The Guardian (UK) and The Times and The Sunday Times (UK).
Somewhere in the distant past, I co-founded the media careers site Wannabe Hacks (recently taken offline).
